SARCO On Scene
With the permission of Pottersville FD, SARCO
was allowed to do a stand-by at Joslin Farms for "BioBlitz!" June 10th to June 11th. Please see the Photo's page for some
neat photos of the event!
While members of the BioBlitz went to identify
plants, animals, insects or other awesome factors, SARCO members who remain mostly-clueless started looking for and identifying
"Urban Junk"!
Thanks again everyone! And a Special thanks for PFD for letting us in! We are happy to report nobody required an ambulance!
SARCO now offers TUTORING for EMT students!
EMT students of all levels are welcome
to contact us for out of the class room training! We offer tutoring for all
levels, Basic, Cardiac, and Paramedic. SARCO offers highly trained tutors that are all state certified and
have several years of experience. Our members have Private Ambulance and 911 experience to explain both worlds to you. Some
of our members have worked in several states and systems not like anything you’ll ever experience in RI!
On
staff to assist in the tutoring are EMT Instructors! These members have the same qualifications and training skills
as your EMT instructors (and are certified to actually train the course!). Our EMT I/C’s are certified in the State
of Rhode Island and are EMT-Cardiac’s or higher.
For more information please contact Deputy
Commander: Craig Gesterling at cgesterling@scituateambulance.com 6/04/2011
